Registration Information

We appreciate that finding work can be time-consuming and stressful. It is our aim to put all Candidates at ease and make you feel as relaxed as possible whilst maintaining a professional approach.

For these reasons, we decided to make the vacancies on our website available to everyone but also have a straightforward registration process that allows you to find your next job. As easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Anyone can view the vacancies we post without having to register in any way. You can find out more information about any vacancy and even make an online enquiry to answer any questions you may have at this stage.
  2. By completing the Online Candidate Access facility, you can then apply online for one or more vacancies. This indication of interest makes our Recruitment Consultants aware that you would like to be put forward for the vacancy or vacancies that you are interested in. This takes less than 30 seconds to complete and requires that you provide us with only minimal information about yourself. The email address you enter on this form becomes your username when you wish to login to our website.
  3. In order for your details to be sent to a Client, you naturally have to tell us a little more about yourself first. This is called the Registration Process.

    Your options are:

    • Download the 'Registration Form' on the Candidate Download page in the Candidates section of our website. Save this to your computer, complete it when you are ready and then email it back to us with your CV and proof of identification (see below) at a convenient time.

      Or

    • Send your completed Registration Form, CV and proof of identification to us by post.

      Or

    • Visit our office in Sunninghill and complete the registration process here.
All Candidates must provide proof of identification, such as a passport or a driving licence, in order for us to process your registration. A photocopy or scanned copy of either document is sufficient for registrations that are sent by letter or email.

Where appropriate, and to save time later, your skills will be tested. We have a sophisticated online testing system to do this either in-house or remotely.

Once we have received your details, your preferences for location, type of work, type of business sector, availability, notice periods and reasons for leaving your last job will be discussed. Your information will then be entered into our database. By keeping this information constantly updated, we ensure that our staff will not contact you unnecessarily or offer you permanent or temporary job opportunities that would not be of interest.

Throughout the process, our Recruitment Consultants will give you constructive advice and guidance on your CV, salary expectations and the types of clients that are likely to be interested in your skills and experience. Please see the Useful Advice section on our website for guidance on other key issues.

It is our policy to take up references for candidates seeking permanent and temporary work. Ideally these will be from previous employers so please provide relevant contact names, job titles and contact numbers wherever possible.

We keep digital photographs on file for every Candidate. We are happy to accept these in .jpg or .bmp format for online registrations. Candidate photographs and personal details are retained for office use only and are not distributed to any third party.

Maintaining contact with all our Candidates is a full time job. We regularly distribute bulletins to registered Candidates and encourage you to contact us if there is any change in your circumstances. You do not require an appointment to meet with us, so feel free to visit at any time.
