Temporary staff
The flexibility of hourly paid workers has been essential for many organisations whether it be
covering holiday and sickness or offering candidates the opportunity of a working interview
before accepting a Permanent job opportunity.
We understand that Temporary workers need to be effective immediately, therefore matching
a Candidate to an assignment is paramount. Information about the
recruitment process is available on our website.
What should you expect?
- A check-in call - to confirm the Candidate has arrived safely
- A quality assurance call - after 4 hours to confirm suitability
We will maintain ongoing communication with both the client and the candidate throughout the
duration of the booking.
Permanent/Contract Staff
We only work on a limited number of assignments at any one time, therefore we take time to
understand your requirements whether it be for an indefinite period or a 6 month contract.
Our experienced Recruitment Consultants will happily offer guidance on salaries and suggest ways of
marketing the role effectively.
The service is free until we place a suitable Candidate and in the unlikely event the Candidate
proves to be unsuitable, we offer a 12-week sliding scale rebate.
All Candidates have gone through a rigorous recruitment process
and we aim to secure interviews within 24 hours of taking the job opportunity. |
